No Word From Wilbur.

Pictures from Bears and Friends Meeting
On  Old Kitchen Ware.

We had a delightful man come to speak on old kitchen wares. He was so funny and interesting. We had a lovely display as usual.

Of course we needed to have Teddies and Gollies in the kitchen as well.
We had a competition for the best chef or cook. Just take a look at the one licking the bowl.

I hope I hear from Wilbur by next weekend. I can't wait to hear what he has been up to.

My thought for the week.
"Kitchen  Pickers need bigger Knickers."

Have a lovely week.
Hugs
Granny.

  3. Good Morning, sweet friend,

What a wonderful display, and I love that little one almost falling into the mixing bowl.

Everybear must be having a grand time at camp, I don't think anyone is writing to their bearents.

  7. I've heard that too many cooks in the kitchen spoil the broth. These cooks do seem to have quite a flare and look like they know what they're doing. I've never heard that expression before but will be borrowing it from here on out.

I haven't heard a word from the girls either. I was sure Bellamine would be calling me wanting to come home because she was homesick.

    Hugs,
    Maddyrose

  11. Hi Kay,

As they say, no news is good news and he must be having too much of a good time!

  12. I hope we'll hear from Wilbur soon, but the bearpost has a long way to come to get back from camp.

I'm with Jack, I want get in there and lick the bowl. Alan says the bear in the centre of the third photo with the red top looks just like his bear, Edward T Bear. (HIS Bear, he just doesn't get it, he is Edward T's human.)

    Hugs,
    Jock

  14. I hear through the bear vine that Wilbur has taken Sweet Pea under his paw and they are like brothers. Sweet Pea is gloriously happy to have some good times with out his sisters always pestering him.
