Pink Pigs

I'm as Happy as a pig in mud....
Granny has just finished this pig. It was made from a pattern  by Manuela Schulz
from Furry Critters. Granny would recommend her patterns.

We went to "Bears and friends" and guess what it was PINK day, just to match Granny's pig.
All of these oinkers were very friendly.
Guess what?????
A man had a collection of pigs and he only bought a few, because he said he had 6,500 pigs in his collection.
Wow!!!!
How much manure would that be???? Pong, pong!!!!!!!

Do PINK pigs make manure? I don't think so because they were all so pretty and clean.
We also had bears and bunnies, that were dressed in pink.
I'm am quite smitten by that big bear. She is so beautiful.
he he he he   I know you want to see the bottom of this pig....
Granny tells stories, and she said when she lived on the farm they had pigs,
BUT
They were never as clean as these pigs.
Although when they went to market, they were washed and were made, spic and span.
This little pig is quite friendly he oinks in my ear now and again.
Do you love pigs?

Well I am having supper of you know what. Honey and Peanut Paste on Toast.
I am going to bed to dream of pigs.
See you all next week.

Welcome

Welcome to Katerina Malgina I do hope you enjoy reading our stories and seeing my bears.

My thought for the day.

"If you want to be rich,
just count all the things you have
that money can't buy."

  3. Dear Wilbur,
wow, that pig Kay made looks great - so realistic and friendly! Normally, I am not fond of pigs, but your buddy looks cute. And pigs symbolize good luck - so it might be good to have one around you.

  5. Was für eine Schweinerei du da gesehen hast, dein Schweinchen von Manuela Schnitt ist genial geworden. Es wird bestimmt nicht alleine bleiben, oder? Wünsche ein schönes Wochenende und noch viele kleine Ferkel.

  6. Wilbur, Granny is so clever. The new pig is lovely. It reminds me of Babe in the movie. I so loved that movie and fell in love with pigs after that. They are so friendly and make lovely pets, well the miniature ones do anyway.
    Enjoy your toast Wilbur xx

  9. Hi Wilbur,

Oh, tell Granny that we are head over heels in love with Piggy, she is just adorable.

After using the "fart" word on Friday I will leave my opinion about manure out for now, don't want to push my luck with Mom seeing me being a "potty mouth".

    Heaps of Hugs

  18. This is a really cute pig!
The parents of my first boyfriend got a farm with always about 350-400 pigs and I was a 16 years old girl from the city who loves animals. I cried every time a pig was slaughtered ... Someday a mother pig suckles all her babies.. all, just one boy pig she don´t like to suckle. She bites him when he comes to get milk from her. He nearly died but the father of my boyfriend allows me try to rescue him. I feed him all three hours with a baby bottle and loved him soooo much. He was my Baby and he obeys me like a dog! Someday he was a 250kg (550ibs) baby but I still loved him. But, to answer your question: YES, I LOVE pigs... still and always!
    Hugs
